Lightweight Water-resistant Outerwear Jacket

This shutter has a really nice soft feel to it. The fabric will be perfect under a sweater or jacket for mild winter days and is thin enough to be layered for those very cold days. I got this as a layering piece for my son and will be anxious to see how it fits (eyeballing it, it looks like it will).
